still ice and mush on the roads but the sun got to some of the snow today, running water trickling off roofs etc.

Excavated 2 cars from under their igloos and cleared the packed ice from the drive today.

I think it all warms up from here on, people are getting tired of being marooned in their houses with restricted bus services etc. and as Bugs would say "that's all folks" !

A morning of sunny intervals and light snow flurries. The temp' at 0900 was -1.8c and it's now up to -0.7c so yesterday was possibly the last 'ice day' in the current run. The overnight min' was -2.8c with a grass ( snow ) min' of -5.1c
