Mostly clear morning and one of if not my coldest night of the year! Had a low of -7.6C thismorning, currently still -7.4C! Im glad its sunday otherwise i would be walking to school in it right now! Never seen such low temps in november!

Some very low temps around this morning! 'Only' -3.3C here due to a breeze most of the night and mid-high cloud cover all night with a clearance to the NW, Min was -3.6C.

I hope we get the chance for very low temps here during this cold spell (as well as snow!)

The tiny dusting of snow remained in the shade in places all day yesterday, with a max of just 1.7C. The hill I can see to the SSE still slightly whiter though. Lots more snow on Exmoor yesterday! about 3 inches average with blowing/drifting in places so it was deeper in places.

Edit: forgot to add only a slight frost on cars etc due to relatively dry air.

Very severe frost here this morning, as the temperature dropped to –11.2c with –13.6c on the slight snow cover. By far the coldest night since records began here in 1991.

Dropped to -8.1C here last night but then cloud came over, raising the temperature to around -5 for most of the night. The cloud only left a dusting, and now, under clear skies, it's back down to -4.6C.

Exeptionally cold here, possibly record breaking for November. That said being on a hill doesn't always help you achieve cold temperatures; it was -4.8C at 7pm yesterday evening, and only fell to -5.3C. I think high cloud moved in during the night.
