A pressure reading of 952.6mb was recorded at Wick at 7am on the 19th October.

The pressure fell about 61mb in 30 hours at Wick

According to the info I have Abbotsinch recorded a gust of 92mph

Holyhead: 76mph

Pembroke: 73mph

Sealand: 73mph

Manchester: 73mph

Snow fell in some parts as the depression moved away.

Why was 100mph reported in the Times when you have 92mph recorded? Were they the Daily Mail of their time? Where do you get your info from and why is there such a big difference?
