Help its the part I seem to be useless at, can anybody help me

Evening. I re-sized it for you, and will now provide a tutorial on how to do it.

As you can see, it's now your avatar, yay!

Okay here's how you do it.

1) Grab your image

2) Go onto http://imageshack.us/

3) Where you see the title screen that says 'Welcome to ImageShack.

No registration required. Free to use and enjoy', you will see a button that says 'browse'. Click it!

4) Select your image - Don't press upload yet!

5) Below where it says (Email - Optional) you will see an option that says image resize with a small blue question mark next to it. Click the drop down menu and choose your size.

6) Click upload

7) When it is done it will provide you with a series of links to your image. Copy and paste the one that reads 'Direct Link'

Upload to your avatar. Simples!

Looks hard, is most definatley not.
