After a clear start to last night the North Sea cloud spread back in during mid-evening and persisted for the rest of the night. A cloudy start to the day but, contrary to the forecast, the cloud sheet broke up and dispersed by 1000 g.m.t, even earlier than yesterday, and it's currently dry and sunny with 1 okta Stcu.

The temp' is 9.4c after a min' of 5.1c

A cold and frosty night and foggy later on.

Thick fog cleared before 0900 to low cloud, but it became sunny from 1100. Rather hazier and not the brilliant sunshine of recent days. The first below average maximum for 10 days. Gentle NNW breeze this afternoon.

Dry yet again yesterday and today.

Currently: Hazy sunshine and turning chilly.

Another clear blue sky day here! Max only 11C. Now down to 10C. I think we could be in for another grass frost tonight. Very light winds.
