Windy with rain all morning, occasionally heavy. Cleared after lunch to leave a bright afternoon with one or two sunny intervals. Current conditions: mostly cloudy, 14.4 deg C, wind moderate S. Today's maximum 16.0, last night's minimum 9.6.

Moderate-heavy rain this morning, becoming light-moderate from about 1015 g.m.t until around 1300 g.m.t and then another spell of heavy rain before it all cleared away to the east by 1415 g.m.t.

The rest of the afternoon was dry with the cloud breaking at times to allow a few sunny intervals.

Windy this morning but the wind decreased considerably by late afternoon.
