Latest forecast suggests an omni-present azores-mid Atlantic high perhaps positioned slightly further to the south than present, allowing for weak Atlantic incursions to invade from the NW at times, with some ridge development into the UK but not far enough east to pull in any very warm or hot conditions.

Quite a la Nina influenced pattern, it's around now our summer base state kicks in, such a pressure pattern would result in quite a decent summer, but I think in time trending more unsettled as the Atlantic revs into gear.. again very typical summer.
