Fabulous harvest day fresh to strong SE wind blue skies bright sunshine and 21c in the afternoon a real bonus after a very mixed August and though we finished baling some really golden straw yesterday its great to see for all those still harvesting. If we get a bad winter we will just have to open a bale of barley straw to smell the wonderful summery weather we have had in the last week.

Generally overcast today with just a few showers and little in the way of sunshine, temperature has barely dropped though since 6pm, generally hovering between 16-17c, currently 16.5c and its rather breezy already.
