Invest 94E became the tenth tropical depression of the East Pacific season this morning. Convection is quite persistant, though not directly over the centre. Intensitiy is 30kts. The depression is fairly near the southern tip of Baja California and may bring a shower or two here but nothing else. 10E will not have long to intensify, and may not at all. Moderate shear is impinging on 10E and the depression will be moving over colder waters in about 24hrs time which will ensure quick dissipation.
