There was a short wave forecast to pass eastwards through Devon and Cornwall this morning, and this ended up further north than forecasted. This meant a wet morning, and was drizzly lunchtime, but also with the sun peeking through and feeling very warm, like when you have rain abroad. Since mid afternoon, it has been mainly sunny, and remarkable all of the earlier wetness has dried out completely due to the warmth of the weather.
