This is the warmest bonfire night i can remember, out in the wind and rain earlier in a jumper feeling warm on nov5th! ive always remembered going to displays freezing in frost, or rain but cold winds, not a tropical feel 0: id never thought i would actually want to move back from a bonfire! usually want to go nearer bcoz cold.

Ah and looking amazing with the trees in all colours. very wet for the SE this evening/night..

not raining much yet tho.

After a rather cool October it's been an unbelievably warm start to November so far. I don't remember many cold Bonfires aside from 1991 I think. This has been memorable for the warmth. 

Indeed early November tends to be much more mild than cold - its not a period when we often see cold conditions, the atlantic is usually in full steam train mode.

I hope people are going to make the most of the upcoming weekend, come Monday many trees will be stripped bare of their leaves. It will be the last weekend for enjoying the autumn colour for many especially in the north.
