Been snowing like mad here for about an hour. Not sure if it had been raining before, but it's not settling too thickly, despite the heavy precipitation. If it had been dry we'd have had over an inch by now. As it is, it's just a couple of cm or so.

Look out the window TEITS lol pardon.gifyahoo.gif

Gorgeous scene to wak up to here, falling snow given a good covering everywhere..... Powdery stuff so laying all bumpy on paths, but fence top estimations are 1-2cm approx

Just woke up and what a wonderful scene outside.

I still had a good covering on my grass from the previous snowfall and now this is a very nice top up.

Get used to it though because more on the way tomorrow according to the NAE.

Woke up about 5am this morning and took a quick peek outside - saw heavy snow with nice chunky flakes. Got out of bed and the snow has just stopped. Probably 2-3cm on the ground

Soaking rain here!!

Good news for people to the North of our region!

Looks like next week will be the same starting with tomorrow! Next week looks set to bring Snow to everyone north of Bedford I should imagine. Everyone South and South East of here = no chance!

From a selfish view! Roll on Spring - no point in feeling freezing knocking up my heating bill just to have pouring rain!

snowing lightly here now but we had a very heavy ground frost last night so whatever falls is settling. Very Very light at the moment not much more than a few flakes blowing around but we'll see what happens.

Keeping fingers crossed for later that it doesn't snow too much heading from Norfolk over Spalding way to pick my mum up then Peterborough to the hospital so don't want to get stuck anywhere...

Morning folks,

It's snowing very nicely here in St. Ives for a change :cc_confused:.

I hope, if you like snow, that you'll have a nice amount today .

Take care if you go out to play!

We've got 50p-sized flakes here - you can hardly see out the window, yet it's still not settling properly. Bl**dy typical!!

This is my view outside my living room window. If you look at the nearest car you can see the depth although some of this is Thursdays snow as this area is sheltered from the sun.
