Had settling snow for the last 5 wednnesdays in a row 2.5inches minimum on christmas eve,

that must be some sort of record. :(

December 17th also a wednesday gave a few snow showers aswell.

Very light sleet recently temps have gone quite high upto 2.9c GFS only showed 1c max.

At least it`s lower now to 1.8c

Snow has all thawed off the trees only.

Edit:Got that wrong 4 wednesdays in a row with lying snow. :)

Intersting weather here in Reigate... started sleeting and then we had medium to heavy wet snow for a couple of hours which didn't settle... However, Mrs Plum went up to Burgh Heath (on top of the North Downs) and everything was covered there... Walking home this evening, I walked over Priory Park, the top of which has a dusting of snow - strange as it is only c. 30m higher than Reigate!

Nothing but rain here today, even the ground above 300m had very little in the way of wintry precipitation.

I'm guessing the snow line must have been 400m+ around here.

I'm kinda glad we didn't get anything, we've had way too much snow around here over the past month! :yahoo:
