Yep, we had sleet for quite a while, it has now turned to snow and the flakes are getting bigger, it's also starting to settle. Apparently there's snow and more of it out Milton Abbas way.

I'm in winterborne whitechurch and the sleet has turned to snow but no covering on the ground yet.

Gree lol, Radar loop show the PPn moving NE over wales, but as soon as it gets near glos, it stays south.

Now theres PPN appearing North of glos leaving a gap over us.

It just doesnt seam to be pushing any further east on the radar, how we doing in stroud?

OK. It stalled for about an hour after you first saw it but it's really coming down here now. Just had to move the car to lower ground near the London Road where there is an impromptu car park as we are unable to get up and down our hill.

The snow is slowly turning to rain and moving eastwards, but it looks as tho the PPN might die before that happens here!

It's going to be a close run thing tho!

Snow lighter now.

Decent covering on top of existing snow, but nothing spectacular. Forecast to pep again later i believe.

Snowing heavily here in the forest of Dean... but its the powdery snow made up of small, glistening flakes, and blowing nicely in the wind. Has given a covering of about 2cm so far, on top of the 7 or 8 cm still lying from last week. Roads are not good and no doubt there will be problems if this carries on all night.
