An overcast morning but dry at the moment-min last evening was -0.5C ; the temperature is on 1.6C and a slight thaw-the icicles are dripping and the snow has lost its 'feathery' feel, its now soft.

1.6C is the highest temperature since the max on Monday of 2.7C; an indication of how cold the past few days have been.

A min of -5.1c early last night when clear, temps have risen to a max of -0.2c some light snow/soft hail but just had freezing snizzle not what I wanted wet frozen on surface that stopped, back to snow grains sleety snow particles.

Wind has picked up more turning more to the east.

Hasn`t quite affected the drifting which still goes on,whether the last lot of snow will drift now I`m not sure the damage may of been done.
