finally got the heavy snow back in cwmbran se wales and its being blown a bit too.hope it lasts longer than an hour like earlier tonight.

looks like it could be a few hours and this heavy stuff too plus an added complication - further low centre is trying to crash the party from underneath as well - c rikey we're like a magnet for the snow and BBC NEWS 24 ignores us - oh well - their loss

RCT are normally quite good at clearing the roads so expect them soon.Fair play to caerphilly council also they are always spot on.every time it snows you can always get up caerphilly mountain from this side no problem - until you leave the council boundry and hit cardiff.getting down the mountain and into cardiff is never as easy.

shame on cardiff city council

Is this what you think is going to head to morriston

yes, going by the radar. the northern extent of it should get you. should be starting quite soon too.

All this wishing for snow is paying off tonight guys. Stopped snowing here, a good two hours of moderate snow though.

Snowing heavy here again, after a slight gap for around 10 minutes.

rain today radar is forecasting "light snow showers" for Ponty right now and we've got a continous blizzard - feel like the eskimos are about to move in!
