Snowing in Reading now, was 0.4 and 0.7, but still snowing, garden table is white....

Turning a little sleety in Portsmouth but keeps changing back to rain! My mum just called in Waterlooville, apparently there are big snowflakes coming down and her drive is nearly covered! Amazing, I can drive there in 10 minutes!! Now there's an idea lol......

Where's the downgrade then? Still extreme warning for Hampshire,Oxfordshire and Berkshire issued at 1633 and thats all of Hants not just the north,rain turned to snow here a while back.

London & South East England: Southampton Widespread Icy Roads & Heavy Snow 1800 Tue 5 1100 Wed 6 Outbreaks of snow are now not expected to be as heavy as previously forecast. However, a spell of sleet and snow is still expected during Tuesday evening and through Wednesday morning and there is still a risk of fresh accumulations of 10-15 cm locally. Widespread icy roads are also likely to occur. The combination of snow and ice could cause disruption to transport.

The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Highways Agency for further advise on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads.

jUST SEEN THE bbc, You could not make it up. Big arc of snow that goes from North devon to brighton. None for us.
