A nice covering here in Notts making cycling a bit easier than yesterday (more traction).

Radar showing plenty to my north-west which seems to be inching ESE at the moment.

Well got a dusting in Shrewsbury and looking at the radar, nothing likley to ger here for a few hours...

Fair play manchester looks like having been and will continue to be hammered, frustrating as its not really that far from here. Lucky buggers!

Looking at the radar, looks like Brum is in for a hit from the stuff we had while the Manc heavy stuff seems to be staying east of here.

Seems to be a nice Leicester sized gap in the first band :) Doesn't seem to be moving too quickly, but, isn't that bit in the North meant to start getting dragged directly south around lunch time?

Manc stuff looks to be going to Derbyshire (again), seems we just caught the eastern tip of that band over Wales. And just east of Shrewsbury there was a big hole in the precip. Trouble is, if we get more stuff later on in the day, will it stick? Shawbury had already crept above freezing an hour ago.
