Snowflake Close-Up.

Recommended Posts

This morning just a few nice snowflakes fell in Amersfoort.

I took these photos with a Canon EOS 350D and a Tamron LD DiII 55-200 1:4-5.6 Macro telelens also Canon extension tube 25mm and a set Soligor extension tubes (12-20-36mm).

I shot them loose in hand (No mono or tripod).

Oh birds are having enough of the cold.... so this bird sat on the chimney for half an hour..... nice and warm.

Did you use a plate out of the freezer to catch the flakes in or was it naturaly cold enough outside?

:nonono: Yep, done that! And, with a warm camera and lens, the closer you get the quicker they melt :wallbash:
