Well done to Nick as well, he is a great forecaster not only for the Uk weather but also my right hand man in the US In Tornado Season, he is well up to the task and should fit into the position nicely.

Firstly congratulations to Nick. Secondly I really hope that John does not stray too far away here on the forums. The voice of reason cannot desert us.

Promise no silly questions Nick, well not at first anyway, I'll let you have your "Honeymoon" first. lol

Mind you what a start to Winter this has been, however it turns out I think a lot of members will remember the synoptics for years.
