If that heavy band heads NE it will either wash my snow away in 10 mins or it will give me about 6 inches of snow laugh.gif

Not meaning to be rude on a forum , I got caught short on the way home while riding down the canal , and I had to stop for a wee , I must have changed at least a square meter of snow back to grass again  It won't take much to melt what we have , trust me .

Isnt that only based on what the GFS thinks. It never showed the sleet/snow over South Wales.

I think some of you further north will get snow - back to sleet here with more flakes than rain!

Internet died there, worst moment.

Refusing to watch the radar anymore, it's too close...

Widespread Icy Roads 1600 Wed 23 1000 Thu 24

Outbreaks of rain this evening will turn increasingly to sleet and snow. This could fall onto frozen roads and paths causing widespread ice.

The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Highways Agency for further advice on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads.

Issued at: 1443 Wed 23 Dec

Excellent news here, i`m out early tomorrow morning to enjoy all the snow and ice, should be an excellent scene in nearby countryside, looking forward to a nice night time walk, if anybody is in doubts to how cold it is my advice is just go out for a walk in the early hours of the morning before sunrise in the countryside esp valley areas where its been bonechillingly cold the past few nights down to around -10C :)

If thats normal then bring on more normality :)
