A Rather Good Reason For Not Having Overseas Call Centres!

They are the bane of our lives, yet so many companies use them, causing millions of people headaches and one sided conversations, but this following news story takes it to the extreme!... news story....Unbelievable!!! :rolleyes:

I've never seen so many 'ifs', 'buts', 'maybes' and 'believed' to be in one news story.

Do I believe it, in its entirity...nope.

Are you saying...I can't quite believe anyone would think such a thing, but are you saying that the Mail may have perhaps latched onto a story and run with it simply to paint foreigners in a bad light?

The fact that the call came after the BT conversation (and then later reported it was during the BT conversation), and the fact that the call centre was 'believed' to be abroad might suggest your are correct Mr OON.

I mean, the fact that no-one in the UK has an accent would confirm that the story must be true.
