How I managed to miss a ground frost today beggars belief.. the minimum last night was 5.0C we were at 6C from 7pm last night!!!

Still waiting for the first ground frost of the season here although there have been several in the valleys this month. Just enough patchy stcu last night to prevent a ground frost, the grass min' falling to 0.5c, but on cue the cloud cleared around 0630 g.m.t and the morning has been dry and sunny. Like yesterday stcu has increased from the north in the last hour and it's now bright rather than sunny.

Temp' is 12.0c.

Gloriously sunny day, very pleasant 13C, interesting temperature differences between town and local village, 3C where i am and windscreens on cars were watery to the touch but just a few miles away in a village cars windscreens were frozen solid ....Temps around -2C outside of town but 3C just on edge just highlighting the urban warming effect.

Another lovely day here in Surrey wall to wall sunshine the odd bit off high cloud had a very slight frost when i woke at 6:30am this morning. Feels very warm when out in the sun temperature at the moment 14.3c as we approach sunset.
