Yesterday and today are almost identical except in terms of temperature : dull, misty, drizzle and threatening rain. Today is 11.9c whereas yesterday was 17c-18c throughout! Interestingly the humidity is still around 90% but today is much cooler and more raw feeling.

12.5c when I went to bed with very heavy rain just over 1 inch!!! after yesterdays rain.

Then a drop to 5.5c min and today is sunny with high cloud and 10.5c with an E/NE wind what a difference a day makes

Periods of moderate-heavy rain during yesterday evening and into the early hours of this morning gave 25.7mm in the 24 hours up to 0900 g.m.t. A dry and quite sunny start to the this morning but the sunshine has gradually disappeared as thickening cist spreads from the south.

Temp' is currently 9.7c after an overnight min' of 5.2c.

Blimey!! Just squeezed in half an hour on the bike before the skies opened and all the rain that hasn't fallen for 6 weeks came down in about 6 minutes!!!

Rained all day Monday, rained all day Tuesday and guess what we've got today...? Currently raining heavily, temperature around 15 deg C. At this rate by the end of today we'll have made up for our dry August and September and we'll be on a flood alert.

From a warm start the night turned wet with our first proper rainfall in over a month then cooled down to 10.4c. Still no single figure minima yet.

pouring down in london. it really annoys me how newscasters on news 24 (as it used to be called) assume that because it's raining on bbc hq in white city west london, it's raining everywhere in the uk when they link to the forecaster. rant over, and it's still raining!

Never stopped raining yesterday here absolutly awful , but once it stopped overnight the temp plumetted to a minima of -1.7c(coldest night so fr) , lovely bright sunny day and max of 10.1c

Despite the warm start to the evening yesterday the temp dropped down to 1.5°C so another ground frost. Quite sunny to start the day but by the afternoon it had clouded over, max of 13.2°C, currently 8.7°C
