The weather has been pleasant today, some sunshine but also unbroken cloud. A light to moderate wind blowing from the West-NorthWest. The sea temperature is warmer than the air temperature, Sea is around 16 Degrees whilst air is around 14C

certainly a different 'feel' to the day, sunshine about the same as yesterday max temp today 17.6C compared to 20.6C yesterday.

The major change though is the dewpoint; around 4C today at max temp time compared to 11C yesterday.

A decent example of a change of airmass- Tm to Pm.

A cracking end to the day with oodles of warm sunshine.

But not a patch on the temperature 24 years ago to the day in the village of March, Cambridgehsire when they saw 29.4 DgC. Breaking the record set in Whitby in 1st-4th October 1908, when they measured the temperature above 28 DgC on each of those days.

A nice day today, plenty of sunny spells which felt warm although there was a nip in the air, felt and smelt very autumnal today . Top temp 14.1°C and dropping fairly quickly under clear skies.

Evening, it has been quite a pleasant day here, dry with sun for most of the day, currently 11c, and dry with scattered cloud, although I've just been out washing my car and can feel rain in the air. Wind WNW 12.1 mph, with gusts to 19.6 mph.
