Just as yesterday, a cloudy morning cleared around 1pm to a sunny and warm afternoon. Only a few scattered clouds now, would have been lovely 3 months ago when there was more than half an hour of daylight left when I got home from work..... How come that now, after the autumn equinox, the sun manages to burn off the muck when at the end of June (as well as in August 2008 and several other summer months) it wouldn't shift for days?

it turned out very nice at times if a touch breezy but with plenty of sunshine from time to time-a max of 21.6C this late in September is not bad either

A poor day, low cloud plaguing the hills, bits of light drizzle from time to time, dull overcast leaden skies and the briefest glimpse of sunshine just before dusk... really dislike days like today, completely non-descript, it made for a miserable Monday.
