Not sure that rule is written anywhere but here we go

61-90 - 10.6C

71-00 - 10.4C

Ten year average - 11.1C

2008 - 9.7C

Warmest- 2001 (13.3C)

Coldest- 1740 (5.3C)

I fancy a coolish one - 9.3C - but i might change my mind later
