everyone goes chasing either on netweather or watching tv program with it.

you hear the radio saying a tornado warning is in effect for blah blah or you're approaching a twisting storm please exercise caution.

is that an actual radio station that you can get in an America or is a storm chasing device?

Hi Cookie,

They are special weather radios. They operate on the FM bands but can’t be picked up on a standard FM radio as its uses frequencies in or around 120 MHz (I could be wrong on the frequency). They have about 12 different channels; each channel is for a different region. You can get the weather radios for about 20 dollars in wall mart or the like. You can also pickup the same broadcasts on XM Radio.
