Been snowing off and on in Biggin Hill for about 2 hours.

Not heavy or big flakes, but with the recent cold, sticking to everything

Woke up to a very thin layer of white over everything. I can only come to the conclusion that there must have been an unexpected light snow shower, I can see the individual flakes. The radar shows very light precipitation around 4am. Not very exciting but it's the first time I've seen lying snow this year.

A dusting of fresh snow this morning, haven't been out to measure it but it's enough to whiten the ground.

Had a snow shower here this morning, fairly wet snow but froze as it hit the ground creating a fair bit of ice.

Very frosty here at the moment.

Technically I did have wintry precipitation here in Norwich- a bit of sleet here and there mixed in with the rain!

Was a dusting of snow on the pavements, minor roads and grass as I drove out of town this morning, first snow I've seen since April - though it did snow more heavily and settled on 23rd of Nov, but I was away.

Managed a nice covering this morning, most had melted by 8am though. Only a couple of mm's thick but pleasant to see all the same :) Pavements were extremely icy, coated in black ice in places. Snow remains on the rooftops of north-facing houses on Linton Hill (100m ASL) a few miles away. :)
