You can have a pet squiggs if you like. I've got one that I hand reared four years ago and I'm desperately trying to re-home her - she wouldn't survive in the wild. Everything's been ok until we got a puppy three weeks ago, she loathes him. Big time!

I am not sure what kind of shrew it was, but it was near water and was charging around like crazy, hence only one photo

Not entirely sure but i thing its a water shrew (Neomys Fodiens).

P.S. I only read a few days ago that they have venomous saliva so i hope you are still with us to read this post

Orange-headed Rock Agama, sitting on a very hot rock in Nakuru NP, Kenya.

Beisa Oryx in Samburu National Park, Kenya - they're very uncommon, which is a shame 'cos the composition of this shot could be better! Alas, I didn't get another chance.
