I'm not sure how to post photos on here but my hubby has just started up his own photography/blog website.

Would be great to know what you all think.

Thank you.

Random photo's whilst trawling through my collection.

Martin,

Was that picture of the Mini in the wall taken in Haslemere or Midhurst? I seem to remember it being there a few years ago when i was out and about on my travels?

Hello Robin. Sorry for the delay replying, I have only just ventured back in to this topic.

Neither actually though, it is in the grounds of Buckswood School in Guestling, East Sussex., and the Rolls Royce picture was also taken there. A friend of mine worked there at the time and it was an open day.

Slow worm picked up 'playing dead' on the road.
It was fine though but played dead again when I put it on this tray for a picture briefly.

Me too for not spotting the reply!

I saw exactly the same thing many years ago with a similar type of wall and the same colour mini at one of the two locations I mentioned - just a strange coincidence I guess.

Last Sunday was like a reverse oasis. A spring-like day in the middle of February. Nature is beginning to stir but the overriding impression after this winter was one of tranquility.

How this tree ended up holding itself up with a random dead branch sitting on top of it I'll never know. The deer seem to like using the archway judging by the path they've made. image.jpegimage.jpeg

Your tree has boobies Catch!!

That 'looks' like it is a Puffball mushroom Alice.

In my school days they were very common on the school fields and probably the last time I saw one. There are edible varieties and some poisonous look alikes, so as always never guess that any mushroom or fungi is ok to eat unless you forage regularly and know for sure what you have found :good:

I was playing about in photoshop with this, taken about ten years back when a re-enacting group were at the NYMR steam railway.
Combining images and text can sometimes work well.

But then you wonder what you'll do with it....
