What a difference a day makes - after 6 days of unbroken sunshine and very mild temps (yesterday excepted) it's cold and grey today, with even a few spots of light rain in the breeze.

Noon temps only 5.1c, so will likely max out some 10c cooler than earlier this week. Roll on tomorrow when at least the sunshine should be back to offset to chill.

Nice to see that someone has had a winter , we have frost to look forward to during the next 5 nights/mornings but no snow sadly, a rotton winter in many ways but at least this frost makes it just about bearable.

Could we yet have our coldest night of the winter on saturday? (Central England)

I work in the City and can see the Thames /London Bridge and guess today is a 'perfect winters day'

The sun is starting to set and a red glow is falling on some buildings and there is a chill in the air
