The rain eventually stopped last night around midnight after giving a total of 13mm since 9am. Clear spells early this morning allowed the temperature to fall low enough for a touch of ground frost, minimum temperature at 9am of 2.0c, grass minimum –1.5c. The morning has been bright with a little sunshine and rather cool. Current temperature at 11:25am 3.2c

Has been another wet and windy night and early morning, but mild. Currently at reading time, moderate to heavy rain, windy and mild. The morning and early afternoon then continued with further heavy rain at times. The late afternoon saw the wind moderate and veer SW and the rain stopped, only for more heavy rain to return during the late evening. Rain = 13mm, Maximum temperature 10c.
