The Champions League

I said I was confident Rangers would be stuffed when I saw the group, but perhaps they can actually do it. Beating the French and German champions, and Lyon 0-3 away, is amazing. Lyon are certainly in an awful patch at the moment though, Rangers just compounded their misery and took advantage of a team in turmoil. Still great though.

    Lol at Dida: http://www.dailymotion.com/relevance/searc...a-vs-sale-gosse

Utterly utterly pathetic and shameful. OK, the fan certainly shouldn't be on the pitch, but his reaction was just as bad. He should be banned.

Dida has been banned for 2 matches for un-sportsmanlike behaviour and Celtic fined £25,000.

A good decision I think to ban that cheat. Glad the fine wasn't too harsh on Celtic - £25,000 is peanuts.

    Disgraceful actions.

The fans been arrested and has got a lift time ban. Shouldn't have been on the pitch but I bet he didn't hurt the guy at all.

Perhaps that Goalkeeper should experience having his head being used as football by three people as I did a couple of years ago. I didn't lie about on the floor afterwards just got up and asked for my pint back. The guys a disgrace.

    Here are my thoughts...

    Liverpool 3-1 Internazionale

    Olympiakos 0-1 Chelsea

    Celtic 0-2 Barcelona

    Olympique Lyon 0-1 Manchester United

    Arsenal 2-1 AC Milan

I hope Avram Grant has not dropped on by chosing to 'rest' JT and lampard tonight...!

Brilliant win for Liverpool all they need to do is nick a goal in Milan and they have a right old job to do then!

it took a long time though trying to break down 10 men, not that impressive I did not think.

I have to say that Barcelona's win at Celtic last week was probably the best football I've ever seen, with Argentina at the last World Cup a close second.

Celtic were gifted 2 goals and they only had 1 other effort at goal the whole match...it's no exaggeration to suggest the score could've been 2-6. Despite their brillianace, the defence is still leaky and this is the only stumbling block on Champions League success.

you have 4 teams in champion's league! great!!!

which match would you like to see?

I hope the easier for the only italian team, Rome, so I hope to see Rome-Schalke04.

    Fenerbache is dangerous in Turkey!

but I think that Rome will go to england, Chelsea likes not very strong this year instead Arsenal,Liverpool and Manchester are terrible! Barcellona too, but its defence is weaker
