Hello all

I have the WS - 3600 Weather Station. I've had it for about a year now and it's worked well however the rain sensor has stopped working and is stuck on around 230mm yearly rainfall, I found it quite odd a few months back to see it hammering down with rain but there was 0mm recorded.

It says the max it takes is 2500mm so does these mean i have to adjust it or something? I don't want to fiddle with the sensor because i will probably break it and this station cost about £200!

Any ideas Please?

Cheers :drinks::)

If it's anything like the Vantage Pro rain gauges, it relies on a reed switch registering every tip of the buckets and this reed switch can fail. With my VP2 I can hear a very faint click every time the buckets tip over the switch....might be worth trying?

    Dubai Floods: Another Warning Sign for Desert Regions?

    The flooding in the Middle East desert city of Dubai earlier in the week followed record-breaking rainfall.
