How far are you from reading?? Meant to be travelling there tomorow for the Reading v Mighty Villa!! I hope its not too bad there.

But what im experiencing here means that i might not make it anyway, its that heavy, 4.5 inches now and growing very quickly!!

Im in north east bucks, sandwiched between northants / bedfordshire borders. Reading is a fair few miles from milton keynes, aboout 35-40 i'd think.

Could someone please tell me what's going on? Is this all spreading NE and is Lincoln likely to get some?

We didn't get anything worthwhile yesterday so a covering today would be nice.

Just got up and any help would be really appreciated :wallbash:

Ah, i see!! Cheers anyway!!

I dont think ill make it unless it turns to rain here, The snow is roughly 5 inches now, and a steady VERY high intensity of flakes falling!! School, colleges closed in the area now, a few people heading home from work aswell by the looks of things!!

Anyone struggling to access the Traffic Wales web cams the same pictures are available on the BBC

http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/southwest/trave...amera5205.shtml thats Junc 49

or http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/southwest/travel/trafficcams/ home page of all cams in S. West Wales

or http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/southeast/travel/trafficcams/ home page of all cams in S. East Wales

Both offer some great snow viewing, if you get the little red cross for images just try another cam or refresh they come up eventually

Good Afternoon

As ive just posted on the snow reports we now have steady snow fall again here in Luton Befordshire, this may be due that we have elevation in our favour and we are on the eastern flank of the front moving up from the SW, i also think that with current temps still cold here and the fact that the front is further east than maybe predicted this snow fall has come as a pleasent if unexpected suprise.

LO

Update: very big flakes now falling!

The reason i put up the traffic wales one is although you have to zoom in your self the cams do come up, with the BBC, as so many people are viewing it can take a while.
