snowing lightly 1c

Buxton, Derbyshire 5.30pm Monday

been a snow shower of about 1 inch, maybe a touch less 0c

Buxton, Derbyshire 8Pm Monday

Started snowing again 0.5c

Macclesfield, Cheshire 8.30pm Monday

v light drizzle 2c

Northwich, Cheshire 9pm Monday

no precipitation, ground wet 3c

Crewe, Cheshire 9.40pm Monday

no precipitation, ground damp 3c

Anything over 200ft in Cheshire late this afternoon from my experience was falling as snow, however i`m reliably informed that in Crewe during the whole evening it was light rain and drizzle & drier spells
