SOLAR WIND SPARKS AURORAS: Arriving earlier than expected, a stream of solar wind hit Earth's magnetic field on April 16th, sparking 6 hours (so far) of G1-class geomagnetic storms. In Östersund, Sweden, Robbin Gälliner photographed the storm's green and purple glow:
