PULSATING AURORAS: Living inside the Arctic Circle for a complete 11-year solar cycle, Chad Blakely of Abisko, Sweden, has seen just about every kind of aurora the sun has to offer. Just before daybreak, on Monday, Nov. 5th, he saw his favourite: The pulsating aurora. "It wasn't very bright--but it was absolutely amazing," says Blakley. Transit of Mercury this Monday. So if there isn't a sunspot to be seen, there will be a tiny black dot seen going across the disc of the Sun. Not sure if the weather is going to play ball though

wont ramp up for another year, maxing approx 2023 and is projected to be lower sunspot count than solar cycle 24 according to NASA
