There was an interesting article on the http://www.spaceweather.com/archive.php?view=1&day=10&month=06&year=2019

Concerning the lack of solar activity in relationship to Noctilucent clouds.......any thoughts

How many 20 day blank periods have we had this cycle (8 in the last I think).

how many 30 day periods have we had this cycle and last?

less radiation = more moisture in the upper atmosphere enabling the couds to form......also guessing....kind of makes scense though

I would love to know, but the only place I can find where they keep that sort of count is here http://www.sidc.be/silso/spotless

But it's not kept up to date regularly enough.

Previous cycles are here:

http://users.telenet.be/j.janssens/Spotless/Spotless.html

So there were two 30 day+ spotless periods. However SIDC counted a spot on the 28th June, so the current spotless streak is only 16 days.

Spotless days are not homogenised anyway, so it doesn't really make sense to compare them with past counts. The SSN is homogenised to take account of changes in the number of observers over time, so that's what should be used when comparing with past cycles. Nor does it make any sense to compare calendar years, because the Sun doesn't give a hoot how long the Earth takes to orbit it.

That solar flux has taken a dive, not sure if it's due to low activity or distance from sun...although I believe it is corrected to take account of distance...

I believe the lowest SF value measured so far is 64.2, so getting very close https://wattsupwiththat.com/2008/07/16/sun-in-deep-slumber-107-solar-flux-hits-record-low-value/

I'm surprised it's 104 today as it was 104 yesterday?
