Average Temps For Newcastle Upon Tyne/the North East/and Scotland

Ive set this thread up for anyone who wants to post there mean average temps [WHO ARE NOT IN THE CET REGION] IE NEWCASTLE,The north East,Scotland etc

my avergage temp for MAY so far reads

Max temp so far ....21c

min temp sor far....6c

min temp max.......10c

min temp..............-1c

which gives me a mean temp of 9c which tells me that May in Newcastle upon tyne has equalled [so far] the mean temp set in 2003 ,which also means this year has been one of the coldest may`s in the last 10 years

here are some other stats for may

1997.......10.25c

1998.......9.75c

1999.......10.75c

2000.......10.25c

2001.......10.0c

2002.......11c

2003.......9c

2004.......11.25c

2005.......9.75c

2006 so far...9c

Here are a few june stats since 1997

1997.......12c

1998.......12.25c

1999.......11.75c

2000.......14.25c

2001.......12.5c

2002...... no data available

2003.......14.25c

2004.......13.00c

2005.......13.25c

2006.......??????????????

As you can see out of the last 10 years june 1999 was the coldest with a mere 11.75c mean temp

Average for June here in the north east should be 13.3c
