im not sure if theres any storms on the 234th of may. but theres been a few rumbles of thunder here today with hail and heavy rain

Had a flash of lightning followed by a hefty crack of Thunder about 4pm this afternoon over in Broadstairs. This was followed by a good 10 minutes of torrential rain and hail but without any further thunder.

looking at the radar a storm has just started 55.18 degrees north -1.65 degrees east approx 81miles to the north of my position here in newcastle upon tyne , looks like this storm is just off the coast prob just north between berwick and eyemouth

waiting for info on the movement of this storm

current position 51.89 degrees north 3.12degrees east moving/extending ENE currently 289 miles SOUTH SOUTH EAST of newcastle upon tyne ,if this tracks any further in the direction its heading ,it may look good for east anglia
