Today I have seen snow in Darwen, Blackburn, Preston, Burnley, Nelson, North Manchester and Bolton, only Fleetwood seemed unaffected out of all the areas I have been to throughout the day. Though there is a good chance it had all melted by the time I arrived in that area or simply didn't settle there given how low and close to the sea that area is.

Snowed quite a lot here today, everybody was looking out the window and going outside to play in it, I think this is proof that we're a snow deprived location. :p

Have about 1.2" in total, not bad beings I wasn't forecast anything.

Hi, Please try to refrain from asking wether it will snow in the Snow REPORTS!! Section :p:p I will have to go all OON (Grumpy) and delete lots of messages.Another gripe PLEASE PLEASE Read the rather large heading above which says do not multiple post every 15 minutes, I have just read 7 posts within 1 1/2 hours from 1 member.

Snow falls in the parish of Camelot!! From the top of Camel Hill to the bottom of the Vale of Avalon, first snowfall this year ("it never snows on Camel Hill" the local saying goes). Exciting stuff. Well, half an inch of excitement anyway. Lets hope for a few more feet

After Friday's dusting, today has provided the first proper snowfall of the season.

It started flurying soon after 19.00. By 19.20 it was snowing heavily and settling on all surfaces. This lasted for an hour, alternating between flurries, moderate snow and heavy snow before dieing back to a constant flurry.

2cm level covering, roll on 1st light tomorrow :p .

Lightest of light snow flurry here at the moment, that with a flurry last Friday afternoon means I have seen snow in November for the first time in 10 years, not alot but still snow!

We have had some snow at last, not a lot but the ground is covered and its slushy, the temperature is hovering just above zero so it will probably be like a skating rink in the morning.
