A few snow falkes have fallen here in west Manchester. First time I've seen November snow since 1996.

Some wet snow up here in Shetland at sea level. Some slushy deposits on the road and the hills at the back of Clickimin Loch in Lerwick are white.

Snowing consistently here in Liverpool central. Good dusting so far with no sign of abatement.

Snowing moderately here in Bradford for the past quarter of an hour: feathery slow flakes that are starting to settle already on the well insulated office roof of the T&A across the road. Not looked at the charts or seen the forecast this morning but surprised on the basis of what I did see last night. Leaden skies at dawn, with about twenty grains of graupel on the car.
