Sorry, I thought it had come back to life yesterday. It's being looked at now

Why do all avatars loose their animation when transferred from the web to my profile?

Is there a way to ignore a thread so it is no longer viewable?

There are threads on here that play on my mind (the 2012 thread) and I really would appreciate it if an administrator could change my settings or something so I can no longer view that particular thread. Does anyone think they can help me out here?

Cheers.

Lots of the threads on here result in me receiving very expensive psychiatric treatment so I sort of know what you mean. However, it's my job to read everything - you are just going to have to not view those threads you don't like. The only workable solution would be to remove your access to the serious area as a whole.

Ah right, it doesn't matter, thank you for replying anyway. I'd rather not lose access to that area since I find some of the stuff in there very interesting :)

I don't know why but I am having real problems getting onto this website from my home computer. I don't seem to have any other problems with other websites I visit, apart from LIverpoolfc official site and this one.

I am using Firefox, I have used ccleaner to clean up my PC, and it seemed to do the job, but after a day the problem came back.

I am using my works computer and everything is fine on this one.

Could it be an internet connection issue or something, my laptop is only a couple of years old, so I can't see it being a problem.

I had the same problem over the weekend, although the forums were still working without any trouble. When the home page did load it was like it was missing a template or something, content was there but was displayed all over the place.

Also, if you sign in with your facebook account the forum post times are an hour different to what is shown if you are not logged in?

I don't use the front page as it does not load at all, I was going straight into the forum section, but now that doesn't load now either.

Hi Vegito, I have done all that already,

Try running 'ipconfig /flushdns' either in a command prompt or from the start & run menu, assuming your on a windows box...

To get to the CMD:

Windows vista/7: Start > Search > Type CMD, hit enter.

Windows xp: Start > Run > CMD

When you're in the CMD type ipconfig /flushdns

:)

Out of interest, have you tried using a different browser?
