There's a time limit on edits, so you get 15-20 mins, and then the post can't be edited. It helps with the flow of the threads, as at times people were going in to edit posts after they'd been replied to, which can confuse things a tad.

Ah ok, didn't think I'd left it that long but time etc. Thanks!

The weird bug of blocked users posts showing was back again although this time with a twist where only one of the posts was showing. I remembered you wanted a screen shot but had pressed the back button and going back to the page the post was hidden again.

I'm pretty convinced it's something related to your plugins (perhaps ad blocker?), as I've seen no other reports of this sort of thing happening on here, or on the Invision forums. If you see it happen again, I'd definitely recommend trying it without any plugins on and see if that has an effect.

The forum won't allow pictures to be uploaded if there's ( and ) in the names. It used to work though..

Hi Paul. I've done a renewal on my NW subscription, but I am still getting the payment page when I try to login.

Just a small thing - I can't seem to post a status from the front page I have to go in my profile.  I click the box and it just 'hangs'

Two queries from a new forum member.

1  - when I look at a topic, the old posts are first. Why isn't the newest post first, or am I doing something wrong? I would very likely look at more topics if not always faced with the oldest post.

2 What is SACRA?  Not everyone knows everything - I would just like to know.

 Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum :)

How are you accessing the topics? If you click on one of the two bars I have marked below it will always take you to the page you last read in order to allow you to catch up

Untitled.thumb.png.bc2b897daef771de44dc778455838cc3.png

In order to get straight to the last page, you need to click the topic on the home screen as above (ie Forecast models, atmosphere, stratosphere & global drivers) then click on the last page number below that will always take you to the newest posts

More info on SACRA here: https://www.netweather.tv/forum/topic/88736-introducing-community-clubs/

Hope the above is of help to you

:)

No idea, probably something in the text you're copying/pasting.

Not sure how many are in control and involved in the development of the Netweather website to include the prickly forum. Whoever they are it is quite impressive how they cope with trying to control what is becoming increasingly complex.

Thanks
