Hi there, over the last couple of weeks I have had quite a problem connecting to Netweather and only this site does the problem exist.

The problem I have is I can connect to here for a certain amount of time and then upon the next refresh I just get page unavailable etc for some 5 minutes maybe longer and this is happening regularly throughout the day. This is only happening on Netweather with all other sites fine and I have deleted Cache/Cookies but to no avail. It also is a problem in all main browsers it seems.

Its really becoming annoying now as you'd expect but I have no clue what to do next.

Thanks in advance for any help. :)

A while back I had the same problem, for me the problem seemed to stem from talktalk (apparently quite common) I switched to BT, haven't had a problem since.

My mistake, I was responding to Blizzards - I'm obviously so used to you posting into this part of the forum I saw a name beginning with B and assumed it was you!

Typically, things have been better since posting on this thread. Today I dont think ive experienced any outages at all. :D But now I have said that... http://nwstatic.co.uk/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif

Btw, the Custom Skew charts on Net Weather Extra seem to be stuck on the 19th July for me. Posted Image:)

You're right there's an issue with those - I've raised it as a bug report and hopefully we'll have them running again tomorrow.

If I comment on a members status, it comes up twice. When deleting, it tells me I can't delete my own status (which Im not).

I also can't delete my posts like other members seem to, it just comes up with an error message.

Hopefully the deleting posts thing is fixed for you now, re the status all I can suggest is that you clear your browser cache and see if that helps.

I second this.

They do not appear to be in the archive thread?

The model discussion threads aren't archived I'm afraid.

What happens when you try to view images or click links?

Can you give more detail

Well there are no links in the thread, and the only pics are displayed directly from photobucket, so my guess would be that your browser/isp/router/security software is blocking them.

This is a link to one of the images - does it work for you?

Also can you see this uploaded image?

I've been trying to upload a couple of cloud photos in the gallery but keep getting error you don't have permission to use this feature. Presumably finger trouble on my part.

Paul

If you are reading this, I was looking (lurking Posted Image ) on a members profile today and noticed that I was recorded as showing as having visited on 14th Aug rather than 22nd.

You might be aware of this anomaly already.

I still haven't worked out why I'm getting "Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature." when trying to upload a cloud photo.
