Time Of Issue: 20.55 Monday 21st February 2005.

Further snow showers are expected to affect many parts of the UK tonight, especially in central and eastern parts of the UK. Some showers may be heavy at times, giving local accumulations in the region of 5cm's in some inland areas, but perhaps as much as 10cm over higher ground.

Further snow showers are likely tomorrow, but are not expected to be as widespread as they have been today with less instability.

Another update will be issued tomorrow evening for Wednesday. If necessary Flash Alerts may be issued for particular areas.
