Hi,

Well i got up at 7am and everything was white, however its now melting and at a steady pace.

I have spoke to my sister on phone and she said there had also been a dusting in fakenham.

Will anyo this snow stay for a few hours before it melts ???????

Snowing steadily here now in Dublin. Current temp. 1.3C and still falling (down from 2.1C when it started about 6.30). Snow is sticking to cars, grass and roofs at the moment.

From radar, it looks like we could be in for a couple of hours of snow this morning. I feel like getting christmas decorations down from attic!

Hi,

Woke at 0730 to find no snow on the ground in Cleethorpes. Bitterly cold. Had a hail shower at 0815 which left a dusting in places.Plenty of heavy cloud out over the Humber/North Sea. I think afternoon into evening we may get some heavy stuff on the coast, but it tends to miss us and dump over the wolds.

Rgds

Glenn

Garforth, 8 miles east of Leeds.

Woke to light dusting of snow and blowing in wind. Heavy snow shower at about 8:30, gave a descent cover. Eased off for a while and now back heavy again.

A 15 min snow shower that started as I left for work & stopped when I got there. Loads of fun when it aims direct into your face on a bike!

Morning, only about 1cm of snow in Hexham this morning. Interesting in north east this morning as I'm now at work in Stanley where there is approx. 2cm but not far down the road people are advising 10cm. The showers only get so far in land is the key factor I think.
