  1. Hi there, I recently graduated and as a project I made a web-app that I hope you might find useful. It shows the hourly weather and rain data provided by the Center for Environmental Data Analysis for MET Office weather stations from 2018 back all the way to 1885. The website is called weatherhistory.co.uk There is an easy to use dashboard and some custom searches. I am still updating it so any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

I realised we talk a lot about the weather generally, on here and across the UK but one thing that is rarely mentioned is the UV index so my first question is; Do you guys know whether we have ever recorded a UV index of 9 here in the UK? Mods, I hope this is the right area, if you think it would be better elsewhere, please move. Bob

I have been toying with either the Davis Vantage cue or Pro 2 , most posting I read suggest those that bought the Vue wish they had the Pro 2 but both seem very good . Any help or advice that can help with my decision pros or cons
  5. Hi Weather Friends We are a small group of Weather Enthusiasts located in Switzerland. In the last months we have spent hours to develop two small PHP Scripts to check the weather of our Davis Weather Stations but also any PWS Stations from Wunderground.com. We want to share our work with other Weather Enthusiasts! Focus on development: Display Weather Data in Browser (especially on Smartphones or Tablets) Setting alerts and get informed on severe weather conditions via email. Target group: House owners checks weather for their home and garden (awnings, u
  6. Hello everybody! This is my first post here. I'm developing an open source weather station and already have the first version up and running here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Arduino-GPRS-Weather-Station-Part-1/ I'm also evaluating different bits of kit, including the Vector Instruments W200P wind vane, and showing how to use it with an arduino: http://www.instructables.com/id/Analogue-Wind-Vane-With-Self-Calibration/ If anybody would like to contribute to the project with positive criticism or practical support, please feel free to get in touch. The project is on going and new P
